Not a generic practice management system.
Every part of it is reimagined for complementary and natural medicine.

The form goes out with the booking. By the time a new client sits down you’ve already read their history, their medications and what’s brought them to you, so the first ten minutes aren’t spent on data entry.
Notes, prescriptions, marker trends and intake updates land on one timeline. You open the client and the last eighteen months are right there, in order, without hunting through folders or a second system.
The call runs beside the notes, the intake and the results. No second tab, no switching apps mid-consult, and nothing lost between the video window and the record.
Talk through the consult as you normally would. The transcript is held against the note, and from it you can generate a SOAP note or a clinical summary, then edit either before it goes on the record.
Order pathology through i-screen without leaving the client record. Results come back read against both conventional and functional ranges, so “within normal limits” isn’t the end of the conversation.
Markers are cross-referenced across panels, intake and prior consults, and the connections are surfaced for you to look at. The rules are yours to edit. What they mean is still your call.
Start from your own templates, formulas and saved protocols, or build from the herb and nutrient library, then shape every plan to the case in front of you before it goes out.
Australian-hosted, encrypted, and exportable whenever you want them. Your records are never used to train AI models, and we don’t hold your history hostage to a subscription.
Choosing a naturopath is personal in a way choosing a GP isn’t. Every practitioner on your page has a photo, their qualifications and modalities, and a short video bio, so a new client can hear how you work, pick who they’d like to sit with, and book the time without leaving the page.
Customise it with your own branding: your logo, your hero image, your colours and your words, so it reads like your clinic and not a booking system. Or embed the whole thing in the website you already have.
Intake forms open with your personal explainer video too, so the case-taking starts warm and by the time they walk in, you’re not strangers.

Tasks are assigned, dated and shared. Reception books the follow-up, the dispensary makes up the script, the practitioner reviews the result, all against the same list, so nothing sits in someone’s head or someone else’s inbox.
Some tasks can raise themselves if you want them to. The scribe hears “let’s recheck your iron in six weeks” and offers a dated task before you’ve left the room, and results landing back from the lab can do the same. Every automatic task is a setting you turn on or off, so if you’d rather write your own, nothing is going to nudge you.
You pick the bottle, add your herbs and type the millilitres. It keeps the percentages and the running total for you while you work. Herbal formulas, practitioner products and compounding all sit on the one screen.
While you pour, each herb is checked against its weekly range and against the shelf: what’s there, what’s already promised to a script in the queue, what you’re short. It will tell you, but it won’t stop you; the call stays yours. Then bill it at the bottle price and send it through to the dispensary, or just make it up there and then.
Your turn. Set the dose, fill the bottle, then prescribe.
The formula is 45 mL under the bottle. Fill it to prescribe.

Label preview
Every herb, product and bottle in your dispensary has its stock sitting behind it. The batch, when it expires, how much is left, how much is already reserved for scripts in the queue, and when it’s getting low. You don’t have to go and check: prescribing shows you while you build, and dispensing does the bookkeeping. Pour a script and the stock comes down, the bottle comes off the count with it, and the batch you used stays on that client’s record in case anyone ever asks.

A naturopath’s day involves a great deal of work around the clinical decision: capturing the consult, drafting notes, carrying follow-ups forward and bringing the client’s history back into view.
Infera Assist helps organise and draft that work so you have more room for case-taking, intuition and the expertise you have built over years.
You choose where AI helps. You review every output and decide what enters the record.
The same principle runs through pathology. InferaHealth applies visible ranges and pattern criteria you can inspect and edit, then shows the values behind every match. It helps assemble the evidence; it does not decide what that evidence means.
AI does not diagnose, prescribe or make the clinical call. That remains yours.

Asked: What did we leave open last consult?
The last consult noted two follow-ups: sleep onset and magnesium timing.

Asked: Does this look like iron deficiency?
Clinical interpretation is yours. Here’s what the record shows:

Happy to fetch. Not qualified to diagnose.
Most platforms are designed for everything except the way complementary healthcare operates. We started with the consult itself and built outward, so the tools match the way you actually practise.
We believe in responsible and transparent use of AI. It drafts, transcribes and organises; it never diagnoses or prescribes; and everything it writes is labelled and reviewed by you before it reaches the record. The clinical judgement is yours, always.
Stored in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train outside models. Our agreement with the AI provider we use forbids training on your data. Export everything whenever you like, and if you ever leave, your client histories walk out the door with you.
Intake, consult, pathology, script and pour, in one workspace on the same afternoon. There is no second system to log into and nothing to keep in sync, because none of it was ever separate to begin with.
Early access opens in small groups, practitioners and students side by side. No mass-mail, no marketing automation. Just a personal note when it’s your turn.
If you’ve stitched a workflow together out of three apps and a notes backlog you keep meaning to clear, we’d like to hear from you.
We’ll only email when there’s something worth saying. Promise.
